After a few quick questions, Build & Tone will formulate a meal plan designed to help you meet your goal.


Using our large Recipe Library with over 400 meals, you’ll have a personalised meal plan to go alongside your workout plan.
Not feeling a specific meal that day? Use our meal swapper to choose something you’d prefer, or add in your own custom meal.
Guides
A subscription to Build & Tone will also get you access to Kate Taylor’s existing workout guides, all in one place. You’ll also gain access to Kate’s nutrition book; “Nutrition: Everything You Need”.

Your subscription will work across your devices and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings within iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the term.
